You have travel experience

You are well-travelled, having seen, loved and experienced many countries.

Maybe, you're still on the road and ready to settle down, pay rent and order the usual at your local.

You have travel industry experience

While we think of ourselves as a Custom Trip Planning business, it does not mean we are immune to the many acronyms of the biz: IATA, TICO, YYZ, GDS, WPS, ETA, T&L and of course, ASAP. Hopefully, these mean something to you.

We are looking for someone who has worked in the industry for a minimum of 1-2 years and has experience planning and executing detailed travel for all sorts of travellers.

You love travel

This means you devour Travel+Leisure and Conde Nast Traveler, you are excited by new hotel openings, events, and annual festivals, and would relish getting a table at one of San Pellegrino’s World Top 50 list. This shouldn't be just a job, but a calling.

You are tech literate

You are proficient in Excel; you can navigate basic HTML; you can work in Pages, Jotform, Squarespace, MailChimp and Dropbox. If you don't know, you'll figure it out, because you’re resourceful.

You love innovative products and want to improve efficiency. Luddites please look elsewhere.

You are preferably a Mac person.

You are just plain old literate

You can write alluring travel copy and can communicate effectively to clients.

You like what we like

You like the idea of a working in an intimate setting with a small company of like-minded travellers.

You like food: chatting about it, reading about it, talking about it and eating it!

You like dogs, especially ones called Sushi and Maki (see above).

Is this job for you or someone you know?
