Wanted: Trip Planner
About the Role
At Travel Impresarios, we don’t just plan trips — we craft unforgettable journeys. As a Trip Planner, you’ll be the architect of our clients’ travel dreams, transforming ideas and preferences into seamless, one-of-a-kind experiences across the globe. From the very first conversation to the moment our clients return home, your work ensures that every detail is thoughtful, elegant, and extraordinary.
This is a role for someone who thrives on connection: you’ll listen closely to our clients, learn their styles and passions, and collaborate with our team and global partners to bring each vision to life. Whether it’s sourcing the perfect boutique hotel, securing a private guide, or curating once-in-a-lifetime dining, you’ll be the one who makes travel magic happen.
What You’ll Do
Serve as the trusted point of contact for clients throughout their journey — from initial planning to on-the-ground support.
Curate bespoke itineraries that reflect each client’s unique interests, seamlessly coordinating flights, accommodations, transportation, guides, activities, events, and culinary highlights.
Anticipate needs and add thoughtful touches, such as event tickets, reservations, or insider recommendations.
Partner with global suppliers and our in-house team to ensure every element of a trip is exceptional and reliable.
Oversee financial arrangements, confirming terms, documenting details, and ensuring smooth client and supplier transactions.
Provide guidance on travel insurance and key destination insights — from culture and attractions to local weather.
Create polished travel documents and materials that align with Travel Impresarios’ standards.
Share your expertise by mentoring teammates and contributing to continuous improvement.

Background in hospitality, tourism, or a related field.
Knowledge of web or marketing design.
Qualifications
