Wanted: Trip Coordinator
About the Role
At Travel Impresarios, we believe every journey deserves artistry and care. As a Trip Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in bringing our clients’ travel dreams to life. Working closely with our Trip Planners and leadership team, you’ll provide essential support in designing and coordinating unforgettable journeys — the kind that linger in memory long after the trip ends.
This is a dynamic, hands-on role where no two days look the same. You’ll collaborate with global suppliers, assist in curating itineraries, and ensure that every logistical detail is seamless. As part of the planning team, you’ll have the opportunity to grow your expertise, gradually taking on more responsibility in trip design and client service.
What You’ll Do
Partner with Trip Planners to support the design and delivery of tailored travel experiences.
Assist in sourcing accommodations, transportation, guides, activities, and culinary highlights that reflect each client’s unique preferences.
Handle administrative and logistical tasks to keep trips running smoothly.
Collaborate with the Travel Impresarios team and international partners to ensure flawless execution.
Contribute ideas, research, and organizational support that elevate client itineraries.
Take on increasing ownership of trip design and client interactions as your experience grows.
What You Bring
Essential skills:
Excellent communication and writing abilities that inspire confidence and clarity.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
A “can do” attitude, resourcefulness, and eagerness to learn.
Dedication to continuous improvement and an eye for detail.
A love for travel and an understanding of what makes journeys truly special.
Helpful experience:
Familiarity with the Zoho suite and CRM/database tools.
Experience in hospitality, tourism, or client service roles.
Skills in creating client-facing documents, websites, or marketing materials.
Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree in hospitality, tourism, or a related field is an asset but not required.
TICO certification (or equivalent, as required in Ontario) is required. If not already held, it must be obtained as a term of employment.
Why Join Us?

You’ll gain hands-on experience, learn from seasoned experts, and develop the skills to grow into a Trip Planner role. Most importantly, you’ll be part of a team that celebrates curiosity, culture, and the joy of travel.
